Ir. Dr. Aaron TONG, Vice Chairman and Training Sub-com Chairman of Hong Kong Electronics & Technologies Association (HKETA) is a recipient of 2017 China Quality Award– Outstanding Quality Professional (中國傑出質量人).
China Quality Award– Outstanding Quality Professional (中國傑出質量人) is an award to recognize quality leaders who have made significant contributions to quality development and introduce quality management concepts, methods and technologies to China.
Dr. TONG believes that there is no absolute relationship between quality and cost. He has applied his quality concept in different projects and has achieved impressive results for more than 24 years.
