The Hong Kong, Information Technology Federation (HKITF) is going to organize a ICT for Public Services Luncheon Series – ICT for Service Innovations – from Sunny Bay to West Kowloon on 21 June 2019 and invited a distinguished speaker, Ms. Emily Chan, Chief Technology Officer of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority to give a speech on innovation for cultural and recreational.
