With over 25 years’ experience in the field, he has developed “The Subtractive QA Solution”, which brought him the highest honor as “National Quality Expert 2017” from the China Association for Quality under the Ministry of Civil Affairs of PRC, the only person awarded such honor in Hong Kong throughout the 14 years of history of this Award!

[Bio] Mr. Stapler LI received the B.Eng (EEE), and M.Sc (Eng) with distinction from University of Hong Kong in 1992 and 1998 respectively. He has been in IC design field for over 15 years. He has two U.S. patents.
In 2000, he was one of the founders of MiniLogic Device Corporation Ltd. MiniLogic Device Corporation Ltd. is a Hong Kong Fabless IC Design house located in Hong Kong Science Park. He is currently the director of MiniLogic Device Corporation Ltd.
Stapler fused his IC design field experience and the Value Engineering Training-achieved amazed cost savings in PRC. And he’ll like to share his experience.

[Bio] Mr. Ho is the TUV SUD Certified ISO 27001 & 9001 auditor registered in IRCA, London and CCAA, Beijing. 8 years ISO audits experience combined of World Lottery Association –Security Control Standard and auditees from IoT, software and hardware industries in the Greater China region as well. Running into parallel, Mr. HO has 13 years+ working experience in Hong Kong-listed companies engaged for business management, ISO and industry compliance. Latest completed assignment was to build the Mobile Navigation Solution facilitated by 7,500 iBeacon, IoT, for Sands, Macau as the part of Smart City in 2019.
Mr. Ho is the graduate of MSc. In E-commerce and Internet Computing (HKU) and MBA (Birmingham, UK).
