HKSTPC partnered with Isis Innovation Limited, a global technology transfer agent wholly owned by the University of Oxford, to launch “Fostering Commercialization of ITF Granted Projects Programme” last year, in a bid to expose local innovations to international audiences and hence, facilitate licensing and industrial applications of technologies via the worldwide academic and business networks of Isis and the University.
