"Mediate First" Pledge Event on 11 March 2015

HKETA is honoured being invited by the Department of Justice to join the "Mediate First" Pledge Event held on 11 March 2015 at the HKCEC. 

Our Association recognize that for many different types of disputes, mediation can offer a less expensive and more effective method of resolution than court litigation. So our Association has signed the Mediate First Pledge. We would also like to encourage our corporate members to sign the Pledge. Details please visits website at
